London, UK 30 November 2025 Catherine Knibbs today announces win at this year’s National Cyber Awards which was awarded on 29th September 2025 at Novotel London West.

"I'm absolutely thrilled to win this award and recognition from the cyber industry and community".

The National Cyber Awards was launched back in 2019 to spotlight the outstanding
achievements of professionals, businesses, and educators across private & public
sectors, our awards recognise those at the forefront of safeguarding digital
landscapes and enhancing security.


The Award Ceremony was a distinguished success, expertly hosted by Gordon
Corera, Security Correspondent at the BBC and podcast host. The evening
commenced with powerful opening addresses from Andrea Thompson, Group
Managing Director of BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, followed by Andrew Elliot,
Director of Cyber Security at the Department for Science, Innovation and
Technology. Their remarks set an inspiring tone, acknowledging the vital
contributions of cybersecurity leaders and the often unseen heroes who protect our
digital world.
Throughout the evening, guests were further inspired by thought-provoking
addresses from Lieutenant General Sir Tom Copinger-Symes KCB CBE, Christine
Maxwell, Group CISO at SSE, and Deputy Commissioner Nik Adams of the City of
London Police, who brought the ceremony to an impactful close.

Education & Skills award
